Individual Design Coaching (IDC) is the foundation of every Wildfire Membership. We stand behind our personalized, long-term training relationships because they support real, lasting change. Wildfire Members have access to a Dedicated Personal Trainer – a true partner in your journey who provides full accountability with hands-on, real-time coaching. Open Gym

Our Members have flexible gym access so workouts can happen on any schedule. All members receive their expertly crafted workouts on the CoachRx App, featuring easy-to-track results and demo videos for every exercise.

Studio access outside staffed hours via a door code is ideal for independent athletes who want the flexibility of training anytime with a custom plan.

Every membership begins with onboarding tailored to you. On-site onboarding ($195) includes a consultation, movement assessments, two PT sessions, and an InBody Composition Scan. Remote onboarding ($99) includes a consultation, client-recorded movement assessment, and a one-hour Google Hangout to review programming and the app.

Personal Training (1-hour sessions)

Set aside time for yourself and work toward your goals with intention. Personal training sessions provide focused coaching, custom programming, and the accountability you need to stay consistent and build lasting results.
