General & Access
Open Gym offers the freedom to train in a calm, elevated environment using your personalized program in the app. It is separate from Floor Coaching Hours, meaning no coach is present. Open Gym access is exclusively for members with active programming, it is not a general-access or drop-in gym.
Open Gym is available Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 8:00pm, and Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00am to 8:00pm.
Floor Coaching Hours are coach-supervised sessions where a coach is present to support your form, answer questions, and help you set up your movements. You’ll train alongside up to eight other motivated members. Floor Coaching Hours are Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 10:00am.
Yes. We believe in a curated experience, which means keeping our space exclusive and uncrowded. Reserving ahead ensures your time with us is calm, private, and fully dedicated to you.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available behind the Colter building as well as street parking.
Training Experience
Simply bring comfortable activewear and clean training shoes. We provide everything else you need, including the tools, guidance, and an environment designed to feel more like a private retreat than a crowded gym. You can store your training shoes at the gym so you never have to worry about them being clean or in your bag.
Open gym is your time. If listening to music helps you focus, feel free to bring your earphones. During personal training sessions, we recommend being fully present with your trainer for the best experience.
Yes, we provide mats and have a sink where you can refill your water bottle or use a glass. We also have top-quality protein powder and supplements available for purchase.
There are bathrooms just across the hallway on the second floor of the Colter Building open for clients to use, and showers in the basement.

Coaching & Programs
Your first appointment is an in-depth, 360-degree wellness experience that includes a comprehensive movement assessment, a personalized goal-setting session, and an InBody Composition Scan. This level of care ensures we craft a plan that is uniquely yours, prioritizing safety and sustainable success.
Individual Design: Your personalized roadmap, crafted by your coach, with the flexibility to complete workouts during Floor Coaching hours or Open Gym hours.
Personal Training: A fully guided session with your coach by your side, ensuring every movement is intentional and every moment maximized.
Your program is updated regularly based on your progress and feedback. While you might see similar exercises from week to week, things like reps, sets, tempo, or weight will shift to keep you progressing. No two days are exactly the same.
Not at all. We welcome beginners and experienced athletes alike. Your coach will tailor programming to your level. Plus your personal training program is all mapped out in the CoachRx app where you can watch demo videos, message your coach and track your training notes 24/7 to keep you on track and organized. Our clients love the app for it's ease of use and keeping track of progress.
Yes, nutrition guidance is available as part of your program. For our onboarding, we will have you keep track of a food diary and evaluate if support is needed here. We can explore deeper support when needed.
Holistic wellness is the art of caring for the entire you: body, mind, and lifestyle. It’s not just about exercise, but about cultivating energy, confidence, and balance that extends far beyond the gym.
Your well-being is our top priority. Before training begins, we’ll discuss any concerns and adapt your plan accordingly. Your program will be designed to meet you where you are currently. Many of our clients are recovering from surgery or post-injuries, and our coaches are well-trained to modify exercises to meet your unique needs.
Results are a journey, not a quick fix. We look at the full picture: movement, nutrition, recovery, stress, and mindset, then fine-tune your program as you evolve. If progress feels slow, your coach will work with you to adjust and optimize. If you do not feel your progress, retaking the InBody Composition Scan will provide metrics for comparison.
Membership & Pricing
Yes, your rates are locked in with your contract. Contracts are updated every 6 months or 12 months with a 3% increase.
You may request a one-time hold of up to one month of payment within each twelve-month contract. During the held month, programming will not be provided. The held month will be added to the end of the contract.
No. Your membership includes training tools, programming, and ongoing support. Everything is transparent up front.
We understand that life evolves. Should you need to modify or cancel your plan, simply contact us and we will work with you to identify the most thoughtful solution. Please note that cancellations require a thirty percent fee based on the remaining contract balance.
Yes, there is a 5% discount for couples and families.

CoachRX or email are the best ways. Your coach will share their preferred contact method during onboarding so you’ll always feel supported and connected.
Your coach will check in, adapt your plan, and help you rebuild consistency. You’re never left on your own.

Yes, in select cases. For clients who desire complete privacy, we offer studio rental during non-coaching hours. Please inquire for details and availability.
Remote coaching includes programming, check-ins, and accountability through our digital platform, CoachRX. Weekly written check-ups, monthly consults on Google hangout, and other benefits of normal Individual Design. See our Membership page for more details.
