Training is one hour of your day, but everything in the other twenty-three shapes your results. We consider your sleep, stress, nutrition, work, and outdoor activities to create a plan that supports your life, not just your workouts. The goal is simple: help your gym time carry over into everyday movement, performance, and long-term health.
Progress should be measurable and meaningful. We use baseline strength, endurance, mobility, and symmetry assessments, plus InBody body-composition scans, to track real improvements over time. Paired with ongoing education, workshops, and evidence-based guidance, you gain the knowledge to train smarter and build a stronger, healthier life.
Consistency is built through structure, communication, and accountability. At Wildfire, we provide steady support to keep you progressing, no matter what life brings. Your coach checks in weekly, sets clear expectations, and stays available for questions or adjustments. Need flexible timing and want a personal gym experience? Our FOUNDATION Plan combines Flexible Gym Access with In-App Custom Training Plans 2-3 days/week and ongoing in-person or virtual check-ins. It is ideal for athletes who prefer training independently while still benefiting from structured workouts, expert guidance, and monthly touchpoints with a coach. The Wildfire Gym has all the equipment you need without waiting for a turn. Convenient and clean- it's practically a personal gym. Choose FOUNDATION and prioritize your health today.
Train from anywhere. REMOTE Plans provide our expert coaching relationship entirely online, including In-App Custom Training Plans 2-3 days/week, ongoing check-ins, and lifestyle support. It is ideal for clients who travel frequently or live outside Teton Valley, but still want consistent guidance and accountability. Choose REMOTE and get the individualized support you can take anywhere.
